She's actively worked towards an inclusive industry via her editorial features in Vogue, i-D, Dazed, Interview magazine, Teen Vogue, and Allure magazine, as well as W magazine and ELLE. Aariana Rose was also subject to a profile in The New York Times, hailing Aariana Rose's career as a sign of a more diverse industry. Vogue.com featured and photographed Aariana Rose with her friend, Chella Man, discussing the lack of disabled representation.Aariana Rose has graced the covers of PAPER magazine, which featured her being interviewed by the iconic Naomi Campbell, and the September Issue of S moda for El Pais. Not to mention covering V magazine, Numéro, and Metal magazine. Famed editor Katie Grand booked Aariana Rose for the cover of her newest magazine, Perfect, too. This all led to her biggest cover yet: British Vogue. Editor Edward Enninful carefully selected Aariana Rose as a cover star of its May 2023 issue, which centered the dynamic reframing of fashion as we know it.Aariana Rose has famously posed for a Sephora campaign, as well as Dove's United We Standcampaign in support of the 20th anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising and to celebrate the progress made by the LGBTQIA+ community.
